The operation is slow when a single action is implemented, including operations such as walking, raising the arm, turning, and turning the bucket. If it is a single operation such as walking, reversing, raising and lowering arms, and retracting the bucket, the speed is relatively slow.

For example: the pressure of the relief valve of the relevant components of the excavator is too low (need to be tested); the pump, the low pressure sensor, and the multi-way valve are faulty; the relevant solenoid valve is faulty, and the spool is issued a card.

1. Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system is one of the power systems of the excavator. If the excavator is slow, you should check the hydraulic system to see if there is daily maintenance on time, and whether the hydraulic oil is replaced regularly. Expired hydraulic oil will not only affect the performance of the excavator, It will corrode the hydraulic wall of the excavator.

At the same time, check whether the hydraulic oil circuit and the oil return filter element are blocked. If there is a blockage, the oil circuit should be cleaned, and the parts should be replaced when it is serious.

2. Engine power is too low:

Like the hydraulic system, the engine is also one of the power systems of the excavator. Low engine power will result in low output power, and the excavator will hold back the vehicle and slow down the entire excavator. The output power of the engine is too low, and the power is insufficient. Please analyze the output of the engine based on the DX data and whether all cylinders can work at the same time; check whether there is black smoke in the engine. If the fuel injector is severely worn, it will also cause the engine power to drop.

3. Insufficient output of hydraulic pump:

This is one of the conduction failures of the hydraulic system. The excavator can enter the service diagnosis system to perform a related pressure test to see if the excavator moves slowly due to the conduction of the hydraulic pump.

1.Check the oil:

Check whether the fuel used meets the requirements of the excavator. If the fuel has not been replaced for a long time or the oil is too dirty, replace it if it is too dirty; check whether there is copper debris on the oil inlet filter, which will cause the main pump to wear. If it is worn, it needs to be disassembled. Check; At this time, clean the filter screen, pilot filter element, oil return filter element, and oil suction filter element that are blocked.

2. The filter element is blocked:

Blockage of the filter element will cause the oil path to be unsmooth. Therefore, check whether the pilot filter element, the oil return filter element, and the oil suction filter element are blocked during inspection.

3. Main pump conditioner:

The piston of the main pump conditioner is stained with mud, and most of the daily work of the excavator is to deal with the soil. Therefore, it is inevitable that the piston is stained with mud. However, the blockage of the piston will cause the pump pressure of the main pump to decrease and the output power to reduce. Make the excavator move slowly. Therefore, during the daily maintenance of the excavator, the mud in all parts should be cleaned up.
